LCSW/LMHC Clinical Program Manager - 75K-85K Starting Salary
We are looking for a Clinical Program Manager to join us in our transformative rebranding journey!

This opportunity is full-time employment, maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no on-call and no weekends, plus profit sharing!
Position Core Responsibilities:
*Developing and implementing treatment programs, considering the specific needs of the target population
*Implementing and monitoring quality assurance measures to ensure programs meet industry standards and regulations
*Engage in utilization review and management with insurance authorizations and billing procedures per clinical requirements
*Facilitating group therapy sessions including but not limited to process, psychoeducational, and experiential
*Conducting individual therapy sessions
*Conducting biopsychosocial assessments, Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale, and ASAMs
*Completing treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, transfer summaries, and discharge summaries
*Consulting with families and community providers as needed and appropriate
*Completing all documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency guidelines
Position Requirements:
*Valid Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
*Ability to clear Level II Background Screening
Preferred Skills
*Experience and knowledge regarding the unique needs of Veterans
*Familiarity with commercial insurance billing procedures and requirements
